Introduction

As a French interior designer based in Gozo, Malta, I specialise in shell form conversions, technical interior planning and full renovation design for expats relocating or investing in the islands. My work focuses on functional layouts, humidity-adapted materials, lighting planning, custom storage solutions and detailed contractor-ready documentation. Every project is designed to optimise comfort, durability and day-to-day use in the specific climate conditions of Gozo.

Shell Form Conversions

I support new owners in transforming a raw shell form into a fully equipped and finished interior. This includes complete space planning, MEP coordination (plumbing, electrical, lighting), material specifications and accurate documentation for contractor quotations. Technical drawings are produced to anticipate routing, ventilation, appliance sizing, lighting circuits and cabinetry integration before works begin.

Renovation for Expats

Renovation services include layout reconfiguration, finishes selection, humidity-resistant materials and detailed lighting schemes adapted to coastal conditions. I provide contractor documentation, liaise on technical feasibility and assist with sourcing from suppliers based in Malta and Gozo to avoid delays and incompatibility with local standards.

Design work is structured in independent phases with fixed-fee packages, one revision round and clear technical deliverables. Each project includes dimensioned plans, lighting layouts, finishes schedule and furniture specification to ensure accurate contractor quotations and reduce on-site corrections. All communication is streamlined via WhatsApp, video walkthroughs and scheduled site visits when required.
