Amber's Xlendi Apartment, Gozo

Amber is American, pragmatic, and plays a long game. She bought this two-bedroom flat in Xlendi knowing she won't move in for five years. Until then, it earns its keep on Airbnb. But the brief was never about rental yields. It was about designing the home she and her husband Dylan will eventually live in, and trusting that guests would feel it.

Dylan is Maltese. Coming home, for them, means something specific. The vision was precise: a renter should smile the moment they step through the front door, and keep smiling until they walk out onto the balcony. The hallway sets the tone. The arches, a quietly beautiful Maltese detail, run through the styling. The living areas are bright and welcoming, drawing the eye toward the view that makes this apartment what it is.

High-end, thoughtful, entirely personal. Designed for two people coming home, enjoyed by many in the meantime.

Scope of work: full interior design project, photorealistic 3D renderings, showroom visits, furniture selection and order management.
